Acceptance of Terms

 

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you" or "your") and Shenzhen Yaoguanfeng Trading Co., Ltd. ("we," "us," or "our"), a company incorporated under the laws of the People's Republic of China, with registered address at Room 105, Building 18, Huangbeilingxia Village, No. 1002 Shennan East Road, Huangbeiling Community, Huangbei Subdistrict, Luohu District, Shenzhen, operating under the brand name mntron. These Terms govern your access to and use of our website, products, services, and any related applications or platforms (collectively, the "Services").

Custom and made-to-order products (including custom printed items, custom sizes, custom labels or packaging, and OEM/ODM private-label orders) are subject to additional terms. Custom products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless found to be defective or damaged upon delivery. Production times are estimates and may vary based on complexity, material availability, and production volume.

 

  1. Orders and Acceptance

 

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase at the stated price. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, product unavailability, suspected resale, or inability to verify payment. Our acceptance occurs only when we send an order confirmation email. If we cancel your order before shipment, we will refund the purchase price within five (5) to seven (7) business days.

 

  1. Pricing and Payment

 

Prices are in the currency indicated at checkout, exclusive of taxes, customs duties, and shipping fees. In the event of a pricing error, we may cancel the order and offer a full refund. We accept Visa and Mastercard through our PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.

You may create an account for faster checkout and order tracking. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. We may suspend or terminate your account for fraud, violation of Terms, or prolonged inactivity. You may request account deletion at any time.

By submitting reviews, photos, or other content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use such content for marketing and promotional purposes. You warrant that your submissions do not infringe third-party rights.

You agree not to violate any applicable law, impersonate others, provide false information, use our website for fraud, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malware, spam, resell products without authorization, or use automated scraping tools.

Before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to first attempt resolution by contacting us at mntron@protonmail.com. If unresolved within thirty (30) days, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent people's courts in Huangyan District, Taizhou City, Zhejiang Province, PRC. You waive any right to participate in a class action.

 

  1. Force Majeure

 

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, war, trade restrictions, labor disputes, supplier failures, or network outages. If such an event continues beyond thirty (30) days, either party may terminate the affected order.

 

  1. Termination

 

Either party may terminate the relationship at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including IP, disclaimers, and liability limitations) shall remain in effect.

 

  1. Changes to Terms

 

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on our website. Your continued use constitutes acceptance. Orders placed before the effective date are governed by the Terms in effect at the time of purchase.
