Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy ("Policy") outlines the shipping terms, delivery procedures, and related responsibilities for orders placed through the website of Shenzhen Yaoguanfeng Trading Co., Ltd. ("we," "us," or "our"), operating under the brand mntron. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Policy. This Policy should be read in conjunction with our Terms of Service and Return Policy.

1.Order Processing

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within one (1) to three (3) business days from the time payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Chinese public holidays. Custom and made-to-order products require additional production time, typically seven (7) to fifteen (15) business days, depending on complexity. You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order. Processing may be delayed due to high order volume, material availability, payment verification, or force majeure events.

2.Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, and the Philippines. Select products may be available for shipping to the Middle East, Europe, and Oceania on a case-by-case basis. We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO military addresses, or freight forwarding addresses unless pre-approved.

3.Shipping Methods and Carriers

Standard shipping is our most economical option, handled by national postal services or e-packet channels, with tracking depending on the destination. Express shipping uses DHL, FedEx, or UPS with full tracking and signature confirmation. We reserve the right to select the most appropriate carrier.

4.Delivery Time Estimates

Delivery times are calculated from the date of shipment from our warehouse in Taizhou, China:

Singapore: 5 to 10 business days
Malaysia: 7 to 12 business days
Thailand: 7 to 14 business days
Indonesia: 10 to 18 business days
Vietnam: 8 to 15 business days
Philippines: 10 to 18 business days

Express shipping typically delivers within three (3) to ten (10) business days. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, weather, or other force majeure events.

5.Shipping Costs

Standard shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and dimensions. Express shipping fees are:

$20.00 – $49.99: $12.80
$50.00 and above: Free

In rare cases, the actual shipping cost may differ from the amount charged. If the actual cost is significantly higher, we may contact you to request the additional amount before shipping.

6.Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, customs taxes, VAT, or GST imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee. We declare packages at their actual value and description. We do not mark packages as "gift" to avoid duties. If you refuse to pay customs duties, the package may be returned or destroyed, and you will not be eligible for a refund.

7.Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the carrier name and tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become available and may not update in real time during international transit.

8.Delivery and Receipt

The carrier will make one to three delivery attempts. If no one is available, a delivery notice will be left for redelivery or pickup. Signature may be required for express or high-value shipments. If the outer packaging appears damaged upon delivery, please refuse delivery or take photos before opening.

9.Undeliverable Packages

Packages may be returned for incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, customs refusal, or restricted locations. If returned, we will contact you to discuss reshipment (with additional shipping fees) or a refund (product price minus original shipping and return costs).

10.Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, or if it arrives more than 14 business days after the estimated date, please contact us immediately. Carrier investigations typically take 7 to 14 business days. If lost in transit, we offer a replacement or full refund. Claims must be filed within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

11.Changes to Shipping Address

We can attempt to change the shipping address before your order enters the processing stage. Once shipped, address changes are not possible. Each order ships to a single address.

12.Force Majeure

We are not liable for shipping delays caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, war, trade restrictions, labor strikes, or carrier disruptions.
